Kanye West- Love Lockdown

Kanye West is an artist that always brings his best to the table. In my opinion "Love Lockdown" is the best song he has released to date. West sings throughout the whole song. (An uncommon approach for a rapper). Nevertheless the video didn't really catch my attention in a good way. It stroke me as boring, and didn't really relate to the content of the song.
On a good note, I still think the song is hot, and Kanye still stands as one of my favorite artists. to see the video click here

Usher - Trading Places

Usher has been one of my favorite R&B singers since the days of "My Way". The thing about Usher, is that he knows no limits. He is always creating better songs and music videos, through dancing, singing, and acting. His new single "Trading Places" is my favorite song.
In this video Usher is romantically involved with a girl. (As always). My favorite part is when Usher is playing a "ghost like" piano. This reminds me of his video "Confessions Part II"; (the scene where he's walking on top of the piano, making it seem like he was playing it). Usher always brings his A-game. I'm looking forward too seeing a video to his new single "Best Thing", also off the I STAND album. It'll definitely be something to look out for.

Beyonce's "If I was a Boy" Video

This video interprets one of Beyonce's newest songs. The video is Beyonce's view on what she would do if she was a boy. She acts as a cop but cheats on her boyfriend with her male cop partner. Towards the end of the video she and her boyfriend change places. Therefore her boyfriend, in the video, is now cheating on Beyonce with his female cop partner. I feel the video fits the song perfectly.
Beyonce has always been my favorite female R&B singer, and she only adds to that with her new song "If I Was a Boy", which of course is on my I-Pod and Sidekick.

A Dollar Slice

These days, it's hard to find anything for a dollar, let alone a bite to eat. Even our friendly neighborhood "hot dog guys" have upped their prices to at least a buck fifty. So, walking around with a dollar in your pocket, the chances of finding anything to eat are slim. Well, unless you're in the St. Marks area. Yes, someone has finally catered to the ruling idea that pizza cures everything ..especially when it's a steal. And wait, it tastes good too.
Two Bros. pizza is definitely one of a kind. Located in the heart of St. Marks (8th street between 2nd and 3rd) it offers a pack of flavor that's worth every penny.
